Sweet Pea’s LLC will handle all returns on a case by case basis, keeping customer satisfaction a top priority. We proudly stand by our goods and services and hope our customers maintain a high level of satisfaction with our company. We strive to maintain a dialog of trust and honesty between our company and our customers, in hopes that our customers will treat us with that same curtesy. Returns will be applied to the tender with which the item was purchased.

It is easier to complete your return with a receipt or proof of purchase. In the event that you do not have your receipt or proof of purchase, we can still complete your return request; however, we may ask for additional information to assist with retrieval of the original purchase receipt. If no sales receipt can be found for your purchase, the return will be placed on a Sweet Pea’s Lighting and Décor Gift Card for the current amount of the item(s). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged when received. All items will be checked by the sales representative and the customer (if available) before the items leave the store. In the event that an item is defective or damaged, Sweet Pea’s will replace the item. If the customer would like to exchange the item for a different item of lesser value, the remaining balance will be placed on a Sweet Pea’s gift card. If the customer would like to exchange the item for a different item of more value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
